YooKassa payments

Adds YooKassa payments on top of forms and leads: a payment form, a confirmation page and webhook verification. A fit when you need to take payment for a service or a product without a full store.

Merchant keys go into tenant secrets at install time and are never stored in plain text. The payment status is confirmed server-to-server via the acquirer notification, not by a redirect from the payment page.
